Had the most amazing family meal Megu. The hotel is like something that you see in films out of this world! Pros: Restaurant decor and ambiance is mind blowing Excellent selection of Japanese dishes. Food was fresh and perfectly cooked They have fresh wasabi which they grate at your table Staff were very attentive and offered alternative dishes for vegetarians The selection of desserts and Japanese teas were a great way to finish live band playing lovely relaxing music Cons: None. I can’t fault anything. Definitely somewhere I will be returning to. It would be the ideal place to celebrate an occasion like a birthday or anniversary.
Tye sushi was ok lets say average. I ordered omakase vegetarian one and took appetizers that to my surprise were identical as the dishes from omakase menu…. Not what I d expect to have at this great hotel. Not sure if it was a chef and his helper but we had a view on them the whole night and they looked bored, frustrated didnt make eye contact … Strange experience. Wagyu meat was ok but they never asked how cooked we wanted it so we had to cook it ourselves on hot stone. Desserts were horrible to say the least. All in all not so good experience. On the other hand service was very good waiters truly tried to make their best.

From the tasty and incredibly fresh sashimi’s melting in mouse to the best Wagyu available in Switzerland, every meal here is a real treat. Perfect service and extensive wine list. No surprise if this piece of paradise is acclaimed by all gastronomic guides
