I visited Mekong BK for the first time yesterday, and I can already tell it’s going to become a staple in my dining out routine. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the two servers and opted to sit at the bar. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it a great place to relax for a while. Harlie, the bartender, was fantastic and recommended a lychee martini when I couldn’t decide, and it was absolutely delicious! Came here with friends and had: Octopus: pretty good and crispy. Freshly made Classic Vietnamese Beef Bones Broth that consists of rice noodles, slices of beef, brisket, bean sprout, basil. I had better pho elsewhere, this one was alright. Nothing impressive and its meat was not tender The ambiance was a bit dark and service was a bit off. They had tables available and yet they wanted us party of 4) to sit by the bar. We had to insist and fight to get seated in a table... :
I highly recommend it. The ambiance is incredibly cozy and intimate. Situated a few steps below ground level, the warm lighting, lush plants, and vibrant fish tank create a serene escape from the city hustle. Additionally, the music selection is fantastic, featuring an impressive mix of indie, funk, and soul tracks that never disappoint. It’s an ideal spot for a date or to simply relax and enjoy time with friends in a comfortable environment.
Incredibly rude worker. I will never spend money at this place again and will encourage others not to either. I've lived in this neighborhood since 1996. He's the epitome of a privileged gentrifier who doesn't respect the locals.

This is my favorite spot! The Filet Mignon Au Beurre is undoubtedly one of the best dishes in Brooklyn. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, and the service is quick and efficient. Overall, it has a great vibe.
One of the best Vietnamese place in Fort Greene. Nice atmosphere. Crispy Spicy organic Chicken wings and Classic Beef Bone broth Pho. Warming to the taste for sure
The fried egg noodles with bok choy are such a pleasant surprise! The curry with vermicelli is also incredibly delicious. I will definitely be back!

The pho was outstanding. The broth was flavorful, and it had an ideal balance of noodles and beef.
Very average. I’ve had much better Vietnamese food. I probably won’t be returning.
