I ordered a wedding cake from the owner Tyreece. After paying the invoice, I sent an email to make sure she received my payment and I received no response. I texted her asking if I could pick up the cake earlier in the day because I had people coming into town and I had to make a couple of airport runs. She responded that it was impossible. My family order a cake to feed 25 ppl for our 7 year olds birthday party.Due to an accident with a wedding cake earlier that day, we would be sent a replacement cake. Then problem is this was revealed after already being 2 hours late. So essentially they never did the cake that was ordered. The replacement cake was way to small to feed 25 people. Ontop of that the cake itself was crumbling and dry and poorly frosted in an ashy gray frosting. The children didn't even want their pieces. The owner is horrible at communicating, unprofessional, and not to mention the cake she finally sent to us almost 2 hours late was nasty and not at all what we paid for. To make matters worst she keeps saying a refund was provided but refuses to provide a receipt of refund or confirmation, left a message using profanity on my voicemail, and here’s the awesome part when I pushed for proof of refund she called screaming at me you got the wrong one. So, my Grandson ordered me a cake from her bakery about a month ago. I referred a coworker to her and honestly I couldn’t be more embarrassed. The situation surrounding the cake was handled poorly by the owner and unfortunately the entire party overheard her disrespect and rude comments to her client. She in fact showed up to the party 2 hours late and when the cake arrived we were all shocked. She then made things worst by becoming combative and short tempered when being asked reasonable questions . Ms. Tyreece was wonderful when I contacted her about a wedding cake last minute. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone together nailing down the details. The resulting cake was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. I have never eaten a wedding cake that I liked, but my groom and I went back for seconds during the cake cutting ceremony, it tasted so good.
