I asked how much Hennessy is per shot, the bartender said $10. I then asked for a Hennessy Margarita and the guy at the bar took at least 5 minutes to make it. After I drank it, he then gives me a bill for $21.30I asked how is it this much, and he says cause it’s two shots of Hennessy. I didn’t ask for a double shot drink but was still forced to pay. The manager came and said that “That’s the way we make it” I’m like ma’am he didn’t even know how to make the drink to begin with.Eventually I paid in cash and left. Today was my first visit. I ordered j chicken with rice and beans. The chicken is spicy (like I like it and the rice is soft and. The chicken was all dark meat which I didn’t mind either. I also had a whisky sour and margarita while I waited. They have happy hour on Sundays (although the whisky sour didn’t qualify. This was worth the 15 minute walk from home in my new neighborhood. I’ll be back. Note: I ate half of the chicken before taking the picture.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and it's always a favorite for my entire family when we have visitors. The chicken fried rice is delicious and always fresh. We have never had a bad meal here. The jerk chicken is also incredibly tasty. In addition to Guyanese cuisine, they also incorporate flavors from other cultures, which I really enjoy.

Had the Chicken Fried Rice, flavorable, I prefer Par Boiled rice with Chinese food, the rice was good but because of the choice it was a bit Soft. The chicken tasted passable could have done with some color... Wish Cilantro or Culantro was added to the rice... Will purchase again
I've been here a few times and the food is amazing! I had the j chicken fried rice and the appetizer was pholourie, which is so good with the spicy mango sauce. Plus I had an amaretto sour to complete the meal.Food: 5/5
