Melissa's Missteak

I have been here before in both locations over the years. Today I went in with zero expectations for food and service. I was solo and got seated at the bar at my request and I am glad I did. My server, Mr. Wolf, was exactly as I perceived him. Kind, caring and can read a customer. I threw him a curve ball on all his suggestions and he came out swinging nailing one beverage after another. I ordered steak and eggs for breakfast and opted for the 12oz Rib eye instead of the suggested 6oz sirloin. That steak couldn't have been cooked more perfect and the serving temperature was perfect. So perfect, I bought the morning crew a round of beverages. Again, the service here for breakfast is amazing....

America, my waitress is one of the most attentive and professional waitresses I’ve had the pleasure of being served by in a long, long time. The steak was cooked to perfection and the deep dish apple pie and ice cream was the icing on the ‘steak’. Suitable for families, couples, solo and groups of friends.

We had a great time at our first time in Banff on Saturday eve, Ribeye was perfectly done! We really want to thank to our server (I dont remember his name but he is from Chile). He recommended us delicious cocktails (Jellytini) and the homemade prime rib yorkies were amazing! We hope to come back soon!

Excellent food. My husband had the prime rib. Ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I had the daily pasta which was Louisiana penne chicken . Staff were very friendly. Music was amazing….all 80s with accompanying video. Highly recommend this restaurant

Chicken sandwich was dry although the bun was good and fries were good. The “ light meal” was a small salad and soup; however, they charge $5 extra if you get French onion soup which they neglected to tell us. Service was good other than that.
