A sad experience!!!! We were there at 06.06.22 to the Pentecost breakfast. When we arrived at 9:30, we were first offered dining places in the upper kitchen (where the cooking classes also take place). A little later, we were able to take a seat in the normal room. Now to the buffet; so one, can you even say buffet?, I have never experienced breakfast selection. Very cheesey, as a cold cut at this time only cooking ham. Although all the other participants have cancelled, we have not been left in the rain and the course has nevertheless been conducted. plus point!The kitchen in which we cooked was clean, neat, well maintained and well structured. Breakfast event on Whitsunday (06.06.2022)In the usual cozy atmosphere, a varied buffet was offered to us (group of four people) with local specialities. Even warm rolls and croissants as well as tasty breads formed the basis for all kinds to put on. Different cold cuts, and cheeses, jams and sweet spreads, cooked eggs and a rich selection of cereals, as well as fresh yogurt should quickly get the appetite under control.Despite a real battle at the cold buffet, the staff always kept their good mood and always found a smile and/or a nice word super.Who had brought back a good time with breakfast.
No good address for vegetarians. While cherrywood is full of breaks, we hoped to eat well. Just one more table. Very clear map with only one vegetarian / vegan dish: vegetable chocolate with rice. Otherwise nix. No vegetarian burger can be found on request. Too difficult in today's time to have a vegan patty in the froster or make a green core bubble. No witchcraft. Also: Not recommended for anyone who does not eat meat. Too bad. Also more expensive: 8 EUR for pasta with tomato sauce for children. Pommes 6 EUR. Too much, I think.

The cooking class at Mel was fantastic! Perfectly organized, very much taken, mega tasty (boiled at home immediately) and lots of fun in a wonderful ambience, a completely successful evening! Must definitely be repeated by then... Thank you. Mel!
The food tastes very good here... no matter whether cooked in a cooking class or in the restaurant.The cooking class is fun, you learn a lot and in the end you have eaten and drunk very well.
