My husband just wanted to go to Father's Day From the universal city TX to Del Rio for the weekend to eat the fried chicken. We had a good time on Saturday and Sunday. I love the chicken and fries CAN'T WAIT back

Raised up in Del Rio from the '70 's thru the ' 90 's this was the best chicken around. I was visiting Del Rio/Lake Amistad in 2015 and the recipe is still the same. Still the best fried chicken in my books!
