I had a terrible experience with MOAN! SCRAP MEMOSSA and their unpleasant staff! I ordered food tonight and was shocked by both the poor quality of the food and the staff's lack of concern. The delivery driver insisted on coming into my home to check the food himself, despite me having two young children with me. When I called to address the issue with my order, the staff were dismissive, arrogant, and downright rude. When I asked for a correction or a refund, the staff member's attitude worsened, and they refused to help in any way. It felt like throwing my money away. I won't be ordering from this awful establishment again! The customer service was appalling, especially in front of my newb...
The kebab was delicious! Service-wise, the delivery was prompt and efficient. For dinner, I found the price per person to be very reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20. As for the food, I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5, along with the service and atmosphere, which also deserve a 5. I highly recommend the Quarter Pounder Donner Cheeseburger, Meat Feast Pizza, and Chicken Wrap.
