Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

When we walked in, no one was at the front so we kind of just stood there....I 'm not even sure how to describe how terrible this experience was. The frozen yogurt was nowhere near frozen . It was warm. The toppings that necessitated being cold weren 't in a cool place. The cool whip wasn 't even in a cool area or on ice and the cheesecake topping looked disgusting, almost like it had sat for days.I got the plain tart with pomegranate swirl and it tasted spoiled. My boyfriend got the cake batter mixed with vanilla, his was melted before we even walked out the door.Unfortunately, I 'll never be returning to Menchie 's anywhere ever again. When we went, there were 4 vegan frozen yogurt choices: dole whip, cake batter, chocolate sorbet, and chocolate mousse. They were all good but cake batter was the best! Only giving 3 stars since the cake batter flavor is only for a limited time and two of the four flavors were both chocolate. There were vegan toppings to choose from too including Oreos and peanut butter syrup. Updated from previous review on 2023-06-18

I was disappointed with the high cost of the meal considering that both containers were only filled halfway, toppings included. I expected them to fill it closer to the top. The portion we received was ridiculous and left us feeling unsatisfied.

Worst place ever they refused service to me and my service animal. This is for the person that refused service in the future. In the future make sure you are aware you are not allowed to ask for paperwork on a service animal Réservez une table maintenant

I paid over $30 For a med and Large Yogurt AND Medium Yogurt they were both filled ONLY half way!!!!! It was Pathetic!!! I cant believe someone would think thats Okay to send to a customer . So mad such a waste of my money!

We go to Menchies at least once a week. They have great flavors and is the only place with sugar free options that I can have. They also have vegan and dairy free options.

Always tasty and it’s got a huge selection of toppings. You can’t go wrong with just piling everything on top. Relatively cheap if you’re a member or whatever it’s called.

This restaurant serves the best frozen yogurt I have ever had. I especially enjoy their Pistachio flavor, as well as the other no sugar added options. Réservez une table maintenant
