Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Sitting inside right now and there are 2 teenage girls working today. When we arrived they were hiding in the back room and we could hear them talking and giggling. After waiting for 5 mins or so they decided to come out and we were able to pay. They seemed more interested in whatever was on their phones than their jobs. The restaurant is filthy, tables and chairs have melted ice cream on them, the floor is sticky and a mess. The mix in area is a mess and the trash is needing to be emptied. Just now with 11 customers here the girls have again retreated to the back room and more customers are coming in. Sadly this has been our same experience more than once at this location. This is a pretty good frozen yogurt place with many different toppings. I like their original tart flavor and I don't really go for any toppings but they have a wide variety.During checkout it's asking for hat amount you would like to tip and it's not clear how skip this. Since it was a self-service with everything, not sure who am I tipping at this place.

Tasty frozen yogurt with many choices..the machine can mix or swirl two flavors together..There is a wide choice of toppings available to customize your selection..the place is clean and well

Frozen yogurt is pretty good but it was hard to find a worker so we could pay. Also, I'm asked to tip for self service.
