The food was nice, but in my opinion a bit overpriced, even for Zürich. For example the entrecôte was served with French fries that seemed to be previously frozen, and the dessert of the day was a cake I personally have enjoyed at my workplace cafeteria. The escargot was good. Unfortunately the service was quite bad. The waiter assigned to our table was at times loud, attention-seeking, and insensitive (for example he made an inappropriate comment about the physical appearance of one of my colleagues). The service was also slow, and despite this our waiter made a few mistakes (for example mixing up orders and dropping espressos onto the floor). It is a shame, because the other waitstaff who...
Simply a perfect, exemplary overall package of performance. We were 5 people. It started with the friendly welcome, the accompaniment to the table, the attentiveness, confidence and friendliness of the serving staff and the excellent, tasty food! Plus the inspiring ambience. This is how going out in Zurich City is fun!
