This place is one for the record books. Some of the best Indian food around. Careful with the spices the heat can get hot fast. I’m a spicy food lover and a 3 is my limit here. I’ve been here 3 times and had multiple dishes as we normally share. Everything had been so delicious. This is definitely one of our favorite places to come. Make a reservation early as they can fill up fast especially on busy nights. I love the fried rice, dragon dumplings, lobster dumplings and everything else on the menu.
We love Merlion. It is our go to for all special dates. This experience was not great. Our service was not good. We have had this server before and she was wonderful! But this time we hardly saw her. Was there for over 2.5 hours, our appetizers were cold and we had to flag down people to get to water. We will be going back because we love Merlion!
Been here many times but last night was very busy so service was understandably a bit slow. Very friendly host servers though, along with excellent food drinks! Just an amazing place to eat in Seabrook. The food was amazing and the drinks were just what you need after a long day of work. We were celebrating a birthday and they took amazing care of us. I would highly suggest giving Merlion a try.

The food was ok, what was really outstanding was the waiting: it took way more than a hour to get our entrees. And the place wasn’t even full. Thanks, but I don’t think I will give it another try
Glorious food! Chef Andrew makes some of the best dishes imaginable. The bartenders were great, the manager Wendy was top notch, and was checking on nearly every table in the dining room.
Absolutely love this place for birthdays! They make the birthday feel so special! Delicious wine and curry and mussels! Will always return!
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Probably the best meal I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!!
