Since the place is new property, it is clear how quality has improved! Freshly baked goods... the chocolate cheese danishes are my personal favorite. The bagels are fresh and simply gorgeous. Besides, you can actually get bacon here. Whenever I have a sweet tooth, I get strawberry cream cheese instead of veggie, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find real strawberries in the cream cheese! It wasn't like the coarse artificial strawberry cream cheese some places, but fresh and tasty and just the right amount of sweet. Customer service was also really impeccable. You are always so busy, always a line, but you are always served with a smile, no matter what. The new management has really strengthened their game and it shows. Not only in the quality of food, but also in their staff... Quality has improved everywhere! I came in for a chop salad and it’s clearly says that every salad comes with a choice of bagel or other choices. They didn’t have an ingredient that I needed in order for me to enjoy my salad so I canceled the order and I grabbed a Caesar salad off of the rack. They wouldn’t honor the bagel even though I didn’t get the chop salad due to an inconvenience on their part. Terrible customer service.
