Merriman's Big Island

I had such a wonderful meal here for my cousin's birthday! Everything was amazing. The host is very gracious and welcoming for all those who put the door to the tone. Drinks were phenomenal. I had a Merriman's Mai Tai. It was similar to the classic trader Vic recipe. And it was so good. It was added with Lilikoi foam that so much taste! The food itself was top notch. I knew it was good. But it was better than I had imagined. The quality of my NY Steak was great. The cut, the ruble, and it was perfectly cooked. I can't wait to go back!

5 plus plus plus stars!!! MAKE A RESERVATION and make sure you keep it! EXCELLENT food, excellent wine list and what a great Prix Fixe menu with so many wonderful and delicious choices! Annette took care of us and we have to sit right next to the kitchen and watch the flames AMAZING!!!! Great setting and fresh food that feels like it was prepared with the same care your mother would take to feed you! It is high on the list for wonderful!!!

Awesome experience at merrimans for lunch. The best burger I've had in a long time and the roasted potatoes were incredible. The Keiko menu didn't work for my son but he ate of our plates. The Greek salad with prawns was amazing with the shrimp perfectly cooked. I hope we can return again this trip.

Fantastic anniversary thx to kind lady (sry dunno her name). She served so kindly and made us happy with her recommendation. We enjoyed fully on our dinner and left happily. Hope to revisit if we can reserve seats on good time.

We booked this Merriman’s before our trip, this restaurant is so popular! They offered both lunch and brunch menus, food are carefully planned out. Very delicious!
