We dined at this restaurant last night, and our experience was far from pleasant. The kids' meals took an unusually long time to arrive, and it felt like they had completely forgotten about us. When the desserts finally came out, two of them were incorrect and took another half hour to resolve. By the time the correct desserts arrived, we had already waited an additional 20-30 minutes, so we decided to give up, removed them from our bill, and left. While the staff were friendly, it was clear that there was a lack of leadership and training. It's no surprise that the place was empty on a Saturday night. Meal type: Dinner.
Had really nice meal with the family. The lovely waitress Kelly even spotted that I had the wrong meal and was straight on it so got 2 meals for the price of one was impressed with that plus some money off next bill on my bonus card. That girl is a gem Best customer service I've experienced in a long time
