we were friends in the merzenmühle for our high-time day. already at the entrance we were kindly welcomed. even for the brought flowers there was a vase. the seas from the kitchen then agreed an excellent dinner. I would like to mention above all as an appetizer the salmon sous vide with smoked scampis and the cream soup. not only a joy for the palate, but also for the eyes, so artful everything was arranged. the sea as a main dish should also be highlighted. a big lobster for chef daniel däwes! we also want to forget a lobster for the herren lappit and kubatlija, who were held back, but attentively ensured that we were well served with food and drinks. overall a successful evening thanks to...
