As far as you're concerned, the food service, my choice has been the daily menu that for this price, quite complicated, find anywhere else. However the special menu of something expensive for what they offer of variety.
the normal menu, quite complete, however the one that was supposed to be better, was not worth it. They also served the temperate food by throwing the vegetables cold. the functioning of the kitchen quite regular, and the coordination between the waiters, poor. these aspects need to be improved and so they will gain much more.
