We went to dinner for my family, children included. the place is very cozy and the first service, always with very good words and with a attention that you see in few places. Very quiet atmosphere you make you feel very a drop. it is located in a central zone of wasngirola difficult to park if you come by car. As for the food, I put a 3 because the value-price ratio does not deserve it, I do not say bad, I consider it normal for a medium-high price. On the other hand, there is no menu for children, but they give you the option to order 1/2 dish for them. the general local detonates in general and the bathrooms are very clean.
My mother and sister live in Fuengirola, I have an apartment there and I've visited 50 times (more), yet never eaten at Meson Andres. That's a miss that won't happen again. The food was spectacular, as was the service. You'll need a reservation. They have a live Lobster tank where you pick your meal for the night. We started with Oysters, then had some Jamon Iberico, then a Corvina Ceviche that was unbelievable, then Lamb Chops and Octopus yes we ate a lot, and everything was brilliant. Our server was Morris, from UK, who was great helpful, friendly, great advice and very efficient. We will return.
4 deserved stars and not 5*... because? andrés hasn't attended to great, his team also, something better in terms of times, poorly commanded drinks, perception of baking a second-bad fish calculated in time. There are improvements, in terms of cooking and service, attention, forbidden to go out to smoke with the customers.No one, and less than the cooks were missing. in general a good gastronomic experience. but it has points in which you can improve... a pleasure you walk for being in your house
Disappointing visit, was very much looking forward to this night out. Table booked for 8.30, we were done dusted with starters main course by 9.20. Table location disappointing remote corner no atmosphere. We had pre booked so not walk in. Starters were good fish main course disappointing practically raw cod fillet. Should have sent it back to the kitchen. Lamb main floating in gravy. No complaints about waiter service, attentive professional. Just disappointing.

Meson de Andres is conceniently located in the heart of Fuengirola and is traditionasl Spanish Steak House. However, it offers also some seafood we got one of the best tuna steaks here! Their vine list is good and theeir recommendations are worth of following when you want to pair your food with suitable vine. This is a family owned business with very friendly personnel. I have tried their steaks and also the tune fish and can recommend very warmly both.
Very recommended restaurant. all very homely and very good. We ask for some croquettes (much that we did not eat such good croquettes). entering also asked for saladilla, which was also very good. We also share some alcachoques with clams and as main dishes we order a meat pier, a singlemillo of estrogonoff and a turbo with vegetables.
We ate on the terrace they have. They have a very good chrome, super recommended. The saladilla is not bad, but I tell you, to order croquettes. We also ask for strogonoff of veal-single, care why it fills enough when carrying rice too. We left for eating the pier what they gave us to take.
We were very hungry with the intention of cutting something, spectacular croquettes and boqueron peppers to the purest Malagueño style. if the food was better the waiters, superatentos, very nice and helpful. I recommend 100%.
