It is a pleasant place, easily located (on the road to the darien entering the dam.) its location next to the lake makes the landscape very pleasant for the view. so wooden cabins are clean, very comfortable and with very good internal strength. the restaurant has an excellent view of the landscape by windows that allow a general panoramic view. the food is very good, the menu offers different alternatives and variety and attention is very good. very recommended place for rest.

I really want to write a good review for this restaurant, maybe after its remodeling, the food and service will improve. I will visit again when the redesign is completed and write a new review. We had breakfast here a day and the food and service was fantastic, so we decided to eat the next night, what a mistake. The service was terrible and the food tasted like an old rotten potato.
at the entrance is pizza from the wood stove. when you're in, you get pizza from the super market. the pizza oven is cold and there is a dough slice from the super market on the herd, then something tomate and cheese on it and ready is the pizza . so make them a big arc around this restaurant. absolutely not recommended. My family and I visited Meson Ilama in August 2018. The restaurant has a unique architectural design with views of Lake Calima. The food is excellent. Excellent service, wide selection of tasteful dishes. Comfortable cabins and very beautiful pool. Water sports and horse riding are available. The best thing about RELAX.
Nice views as the restaurant has stone walls at sight and is close to the lake calima, however, the food is simple, very regular and cook without passion, that if they charge you as a 3 star restaurant michelin. I personally do not recommend it, in the village you get food of the same quality to a third of the price.
pizza wasn't bad, except for one we had to return to the oven by raw dough. still, the cost-profit ratio is very disproportionate. what really bothered was the poor service, and that in making the observation to the manager, it merely said "yes, aha." is a tourist trap, in a few words. I'll never come back again.
