We first visited this restaurant when my wife and I have eaten at La Casa Vieja, a restaurant just across the road. After paying our bill and leaving a good tip, we asked the staff to phone a taxi. After waiting for an hour, with my wife in tears, we crossed the road and asked the staff at Meson la Perrilla for help. The owner, a really nice guy, phoned a taxi and within five minutes we were on our way back to our hotel. We went back the following night for an for an evening meal. The food was great and the staff were really warm and friendly. We will dine there again tomorrow, our last day in Gran Canaria. If you are in this area around San Fernando, eat here, you will not be disappointed.
