This place is great. We had the Eggs Benedict and a hamburger. The EB was really excellent, better than most breakfast restaurants. The hollandaise tasted fresh and real as opposed to the powdered stuff that so many places try to pass off as genuine.The burger was equally good with really fresh and plentiful toppings. The side of fries were hot and crispy.Service was very good and the server kept an eye on our table and was there at just the right times.Metro Cafe is worth going out of your way for.
We enjoyed an AMAZING breakfast here before our flight home. The French toast with raspberry compote was absolutely delicious, and the spinach and garlic eggs were cooked to perfection. The fruit yogurt and homemade granola were also delightful. The banana pancakes were a big hit too. It was the perfect way to wrap up our vacation in California. I just wish we had a place like this back home!
This time, we brought our family dog and enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio. It’s beautifully designed, with a tall screen, a wall of plants, and freestanding umbrellas for shade. Even on a sunny day, it felt comfortable thanks to its thoughtful layout on the south side of the building. The greenery creates a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like home. I highly recommend this place!
In my opinion, this restaurant is overrated. I ordered a hot chocolate before our meal, and I wish I had just asked for sweetened milk instead. I had the Italian omelette with potatoes on the side, while my wife ordered the chicken sandwich with French fries. We both found the food to be average, except for the French fries, which were the standout item.

I'm sure if we had ordered the mimosas, we would have left cheering and celebrating like the other group. Unfortunately, we didn't, so our experience was just okay. There was nothing bad about it, but nothing particularly memorable either. Maybe I'm feeling a bit disappointed because I chose a healthy salad. However, the outdoor seating was lovely.
The food here is always clean, fresh, and delicious. Every time I visit, the quality and service are consistently excellent, no matter what time I place my order. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can't recommend this place highly enough! Their chicken sandwich is one of my favorites!

The food and service were outstanding. However, they should consider moving to a larger space, as the tables are quite close together because of the building's size. Despite that, I would definitely return.
