what an amazing brunch we had today at metro diner on 280.(our first time) here are two stalls in bham. one in trussville and one on hwy 280. as usual we order snoring of vottles to dinate on and we were not disappointed! the chicken and waning is half a chicken fri3d to golden crispy perfection. it was juicy hot and crispy only the way roasted chkn should be. the waffel had a hauch of vanilla and was fluffy snoring tender. let them get to the 3 cheese grill cheese sammich woth fries. yass hot crispy pommes with a grilled cheese with sharp cheddar, provolone and Swiss cheese. the cream was roasted and grilled to buttery crunchy perfection when they bite in them, they can hear the crack of the brotes and excra buttery as we like it. last but not least was the western omelet with fluffy egg and mixed vegetables and cheesey grains! every bite was disgusting! the coffee of the day was balvarian chocolate but I had flavored the vanilla and it was so good! nutty with a hauch of amaretto and vanilla taste. so good! jejuan was an Excellet server! he made the visit even more pleasant. if they ever want to eat on 280 and want a delicious breakfast or both (brunch) check metro diner they opem from 8:00-8pm daily!
This place has been totally awesome every single time I've eaten here. It always smells delicious in there. Love the food, the atmosphere, and the workers. The last time I ate here, which was April 24, 2022 around 5pm, Lauren was our waitress and she was nothing but fantastic. She was very attentive to us, checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied, and did everything she could to make us happy. Definitely earned a big tip.
