The battery on my scooter was running low on my wheelchair so I decided to try this place and see if they had an available outlet.I was going to take a train ride but MetroNorth can be a little weird sometimes about plugging in my chair. I roll into Crave and am greeted by Erika and she introduces me to Sebastion and in a split second he picks up a table and made me the perfect spot.Erika Sebastion were clearly concerned about my situation and I have to repeat he lifted the table and she arranged the chairs for me in a blink of an eye.On top of that I had an excellent view of the tv's plus they had some 80's music playing.Yet not too loud. While placing my order, a man suddenly interrupted me to tell me to say "please" after I had finished speaking to the server. I was surprised and responded with, "Excuse me?" It felt strange because he was sitting at the bar and kept watching us all evening, almost like he was part of our girls' night out. Later, he smiled and acted friendlier when we were paying the bill, but by then, the experience had already left a negative impression on me.
Despite that, I still left a generous tip for the server, who was very kind throughout. Overall, Metro Kitchen is a cool spot with great food on both of my visits, but I’m uncertain if I’ll come back.
The food was excellent, but our waitress was quite disappointing. She took our orders for food and drinks but never checked on us afterward. We had to ask other staff members to fetch her because she didn’t come back to our table at all. We had to ask for refills on our bottomless mimosas, as well as for water, utensils, to-go boxes, and the check. In fact, the food runner ended up bringing us most of these items instead of our waitress. I’ve been coming here for years and love the atmosphere, the food, and the bottomless mimosas, but it was really frustrating that we spent so much time trying to get our waitress’s attention during our visit.
The food was mediocre and came out with a vast difference in timing so our party could not eat at the same time (small table of 4). The waitress was mostly absent, took forever to get order taken, had to ask for basic things like water. Check took a really long time too. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Underwhelmed by this place and the service.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious food and excellent service, with generous portion sizes as well. I'm a bit worried about how empty it was during my visit; I really hope it stays in business because it offers truly great American-style cuisine.
This was my second time there for brunch. The service is always top notch, everyone is so attentive and your glass is always full. Bottomless mimosas are the reason I decided to visit the first time, the delectable food is the reason I returned.
The bottomless brunch at Metro Kitchen was fantastic! The eggs were delicious, and the service, especially from Frank Anthony, was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!
I had a really great experience, my waiter Carson was very attentive and he made a very good impression for my first visit at Crave. I will definitely come back

Man... listen. I had the Tuna.. GREAT.. I had the steam clams. They gave me 50 of them. Never had a place give so many steam clams.
