This was my first time at Metro Taco and I'll tell you it will NOT be my last. This gem on metropolitan avenue was everything I needed and more. To be honest, it's hard to order here because there's so many options to choose from. But, I made the very difficult decision. I opted to go for the Crunch Wrap Suprema w/ ground beef. Random dinner on a saturday night and i was very impressed. Very cute and quaint inside. We started with the papas bravas and the broccoli caesar salad. all i could say about the salad was WOWWWWW. a broccoli caesar salad wasn 't something that i was expecting at all but it definitely worked well and was so refreshing. I searched for vegan tacos near me and this gem of a restaurant popped up. I love the ambient lighting inside. It was cozy, clean, and could suit the vibe for whoever you bring. It was romantic, but family friendly, but also a cool spot to bring friends. I had a mango margarita which was very tasty. For food, I ordered the chips and guacamole, the Brussel sprouts taco and the steak taco. Everything was sooo delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive and added to the experience. I came here one night with my boyfriend at the recommendation of someone else and let me tell you.. I'm glad I came! When I came, it was pretty empty (2 other couples), so the service was fairly quick and the server was really friendly.. I loved the restaurants setup, it's almost like a library feeling. The food was good and the drinks were delicious. The corn dip is a must must must try . With so many options on the menu, I definitely need to come back here again.
A super cute local find in Queens. The food was good. If a meat eater try the steak and mushroom for vegans. The pork was a tad salty and the Brussels was lacking profile (the crunch was good but the burnt came through too much, it needs some balance). Super disappointed. I’d ordered from here a while ago and chalked up the underwhelming tacos to delivery. But tonight we ordered onsite and waited and it was just inexcusable. Everything was dry and over cooked. The corn had almost no seasoning and for what they charge this feels really offensive. Two strikes and they’re out.
Tiny little spot serving up legit Mexican food, with delicious vegan options to boot! The Vegan Pork al Pastore was delish, and I liked the mushroom tacos even more! They have excellent drink pricing to boot, just not a large tequila selection if that's your jam.

Took an hour and 15 to get the food. The steak taco was chewy, I couldn't swallow it. And the mushrooms in the taco had no flavor. Great chips but the queso corn dip needs more queso flavor. Tasted like I was eating a can of creamed corn
Best place for margaritas and a cozy vibe. And the shrimp crunch wrap...!!!! So, so good. Great location too. Such a gem.
