I've been meaning to visit Acapulco Taqueria at least twice a month. When I finally went, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean atmosphere—it’s definitely not a hole-in-the-wall. However, the prices on their menu are quite steep; tacos cost $5 each, and we ordered a shrimp asada burrito priced at $17.99. For that price, I expected a much larger portion. The burrito was delicious, but I was disappointed it didn’t come with chips on the side. Unless Acapulco Taqueria lowers their prices or increases their portions, I don’t see myself coming back soon.
I ordered four steak tacos with cheese and sour cream, but when I got home, I found that only one of them actually had the cheese and sour cream, despite being charged for all four as I requested. It's really frustrating. On top of that, I ordered fish tacos, which were tasty, but I specifically asked for them without tomatoes for the second time, and they still came with tomatoes. I'm just shaking my head at this experience.
The food is fantastic! ... when it’s made the right way. Sadly, I've encountered several issues—three times so far—where my order (whether through DoorDash or for takeout) was either not prepared correctly or I received the wrong dish altogether. Given that their prices are on the higher end, it’s frustrating to receive something completely different from what I ordered.
… where the negative stars… yea the food is good. But today, I was eating my burrito and I bit on something rather unusual.. 2 nail clippings…. WTH I threw up because that’s disgusting. Firstly your supposed to handle food with gloves I don’t know what they were doing not wearing gloves. I will never eat at this location ever again. Save your money and go elsewhere!! ?

It's quite frustrating. I also ordered fish tacos, which were good, but once again, I asked for no tomatoes and still found tomatoes on my tacos. Very disappointing.
The cashier seemed to be in a particularly foul mood, treating customers as if they were requesting a loan rather than placing an order. The dishes were excessively salty, almost like they had been soaked in seawater. Additionally, the tamarind water I asked for ended up being a tamarind-flavored soda instead.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything here was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Mexican cuisine. The parking is also convenient, with spaces available right in front of the restaurant. Overall, there’s really nothing to fault.
The portion sizes for the price aren't worth it. My burrito at this particular location is consistently small. While the food is tasty, I always leave feeling a bit cheated and still hungry after my meal.

The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves much to be desired. The seating counters and the limited number of tables could use a good cleaning.
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is top-notch, and the service is prompt.
