You'll find a cosy pub atmosphere, tasty pancakes and when in season, sought after asparagus dishes with fresh asparagus grown along the Dutch border. And later, if you are not yet tired, have a walk along the street to discover the adjacent restaurants competing with the Altstadt (historic center) of Dues...

we found this by chance, I'm so glad we did. excellent place, full of local and quiet and positive atmosphere. the service is very much too fast, despite full house. I've never tasted pancakes with speck, German art like...this, the combo with glazed old beer is incredible. we eat here twice. the next time that I am in düsseldorf, I will dine here and not one of the crowded places below, where the service is slow and quality of the food so-so.

in the midst of a cozy quarter this restaurant has a lot of charm: the decorations are very authentic, the eating is delicious and local, the atmosphere is back in old Germany from a place to travel back in time. it is only necessary to improve:...to accept the credit card!

was taken to this old beer house by friends for lunch. we had the sharing pancake with bacon. YUM is all I can say its was a bit like toad in the hole made with bacon. The food was good and the...place was very busy with locals always a good sign

a very old building that used to serve as a moving place for horses who used to pull the barges on the Rhine. good food and rustic place.
