Very bad experience, from the start when we called to place an order the guy had a very snappy attitude and hung up very quickly after I told him that that was all for my order. We picked up the food and the enchiladas were dry , Lack of seasoning/salt. My husband usually orders a quesadilla which again was lacking seasoning. Being a Hispanic myself I can assure that that is not how the food is supposed to taste. This was actually our second time ordering from this restaurant. The first time we ordered we also had a bad experience and the food was not good but we thought they were just having a bad day so we decided to give it another chance. Bad idea...
I had lunch here today with some coworkers and must say I won't be back because the food was very blah. I love the fact that I was outside on the patio and the weather was beautiful. I ordered shrimp tacos and got 3 medium shrimp in a flour tortilla and some sort of slaw in a takeout container. The plate was super super hot, which makes me think the food was sitting under heat. Instead of yellow rice, it was bland white rice. The quac was not good too mild and the peppers where not cut small enough for me. I love Mexican food and this place isn't it.
Mexico doesn't fail to disappoint. I swore I wouldn't go back but my husband and I went in again today after several years of avoiding it. Well, it hasn't improved. There are so many better Mexican restaurants out there. The servers are nice but the food is bland and unappetizing. The meal isn't worth the cost. I would say it is not keeping up with the trends of a foodie city. Go somewhere else.
I just called for take out whoever answered hung up in my face when I requested the lunch portion of enchiladas I didn 't even know existed until they mentioned it my 2nd time ordering .. my 3rd timing TRYING to order it suddenly dissent exist and if I want it I have to pay extra .... Makes no sense?? EXACTLY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEXICAN RESTURANT

The servers are great. The cook, not so much so. Go to the one on Hull Street. These folks can NOT cook. Sorry... two trips were all they'll get out of me, and I really wanted it to be good because it's only 5 minutes from our house. This one is a dud.
Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants in the area for Mexican food! My husband and I come here all the time and the food is so consistent and delicious! The servers are always friendly too, even when they're slammed! Highly recommend!!
They have some of the best guacamole and salsa I've ever eaten. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Very good service. Large portions...fast too.
This is the worst mexican food I've ever had. No flavor and the meat was like a substance that I am not familiar with. Grose.
