tonight at mezze with my fussy friend and a 6-year-old child. was easy to choose from the menu to keep us all happy. everything was really delicious. even the fusssys have the most dinge. six dinges from the menu, two puddings, a bottle of wine and a beautiful beer, and the bill was £72. quite reasonable for eating so good. service, ambiente, etc. was all on the square. beautiful.
This restaurant continues to improve. I've been coming here for about five years, and I always appreciate the atmosphere, service, and food. Since I can't book a table, there are times when I have to wait briefly during busy periods, but I actually enjoy this as it gives me a chance to relax at the bar and have a drink. It's my favorite restaurant in Holmfirth.
The menu here is beautifully diverse, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the goat cheese drizzled with honey and the green salad. My lovely companion enjoyed an excellent crème brûlée for dessert. If they could just include ouzo or raki in their drinks menu, it would be absolutely perfect!
We've been eating here for about 4 years, the food is delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. The service is wonderful too, they couldn't do enough for my diabetic daughter who needed to eat quickly before insulin. Great food and atmosphere, not cheap but you wouldn't expect it to be for the quality. Definitely be back.
