Mi Familia Mexican Rest

I was in town, hungry for good Mexican, and found this gem. Maybe the best Mexican food I’ve had in a very looong time. Not going to belabor everyone with lots of big fancy words. It was outstanding. Exceeded expectations. Very fresh and very savory. Highly highly recommend if in Sioux City area or within an hours drive!! Had the Birria Queso and three steak tacos. Easy to make ordinary. The price of the food is fair for the amount you get! I got the caldo de Camaron and it was delicious. I would also recommend trying the carne asada fries or California burrito (it’s like loaded fries in a burrito). Additionally, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The queso dip at this restaurant is amazing! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for a lunch outing. Prices range from $20 to $30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Steak Fajita Burrito and their Steak Burritos.
