I would rate the food 3 stars due to the small portion sizes of the meat served. While they provide a generous amount of rice, the beans are quite limited. Additionally, if you request extras like avocado, you'll receive just a small slice but be charged as if you ordered a whole one.
The atmosphere also gets 3 stars primarily because the parking situation is quite problematic. With just about 20 spaces shared among five businesses, finding parking can be a challenge. If the lot is full, you might struggle to find a place to park.
As for service, I would give it 5 stars.

I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious. I dined in for lunch and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Quesadilla De Chorizo, Chips Con Mole, Carnes Oaxaqueña, and the Tlayuda Oaxaqueña. There was plenty of parking available in a free lot, making it easy to get there.
The food here is excellent! I dined in for brunch, and the overall experience was fantastic. It was a bit on the pricey side, at over $100 per person, but it was well worth it. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Riquísimo Chocolate Con Leche—it's absolutely delicious!
Absolutely love and recommend! It is a family owned restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere. The owners and their employees great everyone quick and cater to their each of their needs! Anything you order from here hits the spot. Very unique and authentic place, I highly encourage everyone to enjoy a great meal here!

Welcoming and attentive staff. It's a small, unassuming place, but truly a hidden gem. The decor is authentically charming. The cleanliness is remarkable, especially in the restroom, which is impressively spotless.
