My wife and I make it a point to have a meal out at least once a month. Our previous experiences at this restaurant have been very good. We started with appetizers as usual, but when I ordered a medium rare filet steak, it came out well-done. I was disappointed to hear the staff try to convince me that it was cooked to the correct temperature. I shouldn't have to explain the difference between medium rare and well-done. Eventually, they replaced my steak with a medium rare one, but only after my wife had finished her meal.
The management at this restaurant provided terrible service. They were disorganized, short-staffed, and slow, making it one of the worst dining experiences. Other diners felt the same way, and it was made worse by the fact that the manager hid in the kitchen and refused to face us. In the end, we all decided to walk out.
We had a dreadful experience. Arrived at didn't get served with a drink until around Took food order but by still no food. we paid for drinks and left as did many other diners who had the same experience as us. No manager available. Really disappointing especially as I had friends up from England. Will not be back.
had a nice birthday dinner last Friday. all foods were very good, although the tomato-based sauce was obvious in the appetizers and main dishes, which was very good, but could be a bit repetitiw if they were often fed there....still very good.

Some of the dishes fell short of expectations, but others in our group seemed to enjoy theirs. The beautifully presented steak was excellent, though we were unsure of what to make of it. The service was friendly and pleasant.
Short version walked out after waiting over hours for our food... Still waiting Customer service was non existent Would not recommend. Management to busy to come and talk to us ?
small restaurant with very friendly staff and good service. nice that we had a table at the top, as it was very loud downstairs. the food was average.
Wasn’t anywhere near as nice as Amodo Mio was, quite disappointed in the menu
