My family and I went to this Miami Grill on Friday evening, the young lady who took our order was very professional, patient and polite even when my family was asking questions ?? she remained polite. When we got to the window, beautiful young woman arrived smiling and gave us the amount. Family decided they wanted to pay separately, she politely accommodated never not smiling and still taking orders on the headset.2nd Window is were everything went down hill; young lady comes to the window, I can already see her face is I 'm frustrated . No pleasantries, which is OK, not professional but you are who you are. She gives me the bags, I ask about to get a ranch dressing we were willing to pay...
Went to location to pick up Doordash order. Employee handed to be bag at the drive thru and walked off. I realized my jalapeño poppers were missing from my bag. So i blow my horn trying to alert him. this goes on for literally 3 mins. eventually he comes back to the window and says that he doesn’t have that on his receipt and refuses to give them to me although i paid for them on doordash. i tried to show him the doordash receipt but he refused to look. At the end of the interaction, she slams the drive thru window refused to come back. Customer service stinks at this location and it always has. I was skeptical because if the outside appearance of the restaurant mixed with the fact that I had ZERO idea what kind of food they serve. My disdain continued As I pulled up to the drive-thru menu screen. The screen was filthy and nothing was displayed until about a minute into. I wanted a salad and they offered salads ? but Judging by the appearance, I was concerned about the quality. However, everything was great, including the service. I was especially impressed by the mini salad (see pics) that seemed to be standard, at least with the combo (3-pc) that I ordered. Tenders were hot, tender inside and crispy outter. Worst customer service Spanish associate was nasty. She insisted on taking back one condiment when asked for a different condiment. Gyro was missing from bag when asked about she insisted we didn't pay but it was on receipt. Another worker stepped in and gave missing item which was paid for. Réservez une table maintenant
