Having never been to Peru I'm not sure what to compare this food with. My wife and I have visited other Peruvian restaurants in the IE and though the menu stays basically the same the quality of the Ingredients seems to be what separates the mediocre from the good. Micas falls in to the good category. Most meals that contain beef or chicken are usually combined with a spaghetti pasta or fries. Arroz Chaufa or Lomo Saltado seem to be the most popular plates. Dining here was an absolute delight! We catered for an office party, and everyone loved it. We ordered lomo saltado, pollo saltado, steamed rice, and some type of noodles, though I can't recall their names. The only thing that was missing was a side of chimichurri sauce. The food was good, but the service was lacking. I waited patiently to place my order for 10 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I was eager to eat, but it wasn't until someone eventually came by to ask if I needed anything that I was able to order. Overall, the service could definitely use improvement.
