I took my family for dinner on Monday, and out of 5 dishes one was just not edible, the arroz con mariscos had overcooked shrimps and overcooked rubbery calamari, the flavor not what expected, the appearance not appealing, I reported the issue to the waitress and she asked what was wrong with the dish I explained the issue, she left and another person came to the table to ask what the issue was, I explained the situation again and she gave me a look that make me feel like I was doing something wrong. I ended up paying for a dish that was not edible, I feel the situation should have been handled differently.
The food was good, but the service was lacking. I waited patiently to place my order for 10 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I was eager to eat, but it wasn't until someone eventually came by to ask if I needed anything that I was able to order. Overall, the service could definitely use improvement.
