Michael's Cafe - Réservation de table

So we have eaten here MANY times but this time I must leave a review. Food was great as usual. We have always had good service at Michael's but this time Tuesday, June 25th we had EXCELLENT service by Mark. He was very kind and attentive without hanging around too much. He made suggestions and brought anything we asked for very quickly. I observed that he was that way with all his tables in the area. He provided excellent service and is definitely an asset to Michael's. If you go ask for Mark with a “M”. That was a joke he told us. ?. He will take great care of you. When we go back we will definitely ask for him.

The only thing that was less than Excellent/Good was the fact that if one wanted to substitute a side dish they charged an extra $2 for it.......WITHOUT informing the guest of that, neither verbally nor in print. I did not complain but did mention it to our waitress, Jade, who was fantastic. The butter was slightly flavored with orange marmalade which my wife and I found absolutely delicious and a great idea. The lobsters were excellent, extermely tender and flavored with something whuch we found absolutely delicious also and a great idea, whatever it was.

The service was amazing. The waiter was always around at the right time. Always available to address any questions and fill our beverages. The food came at the perfect times. The seats were comfortable and the table was great. The food was tasty and met our expectations. The crab cakes were great as well. I recommend the crab cakes and the corn succotash. We plan to go back for dinner.

We had a reservation to celebrate a retirement. We were given a very nice table that had a handwritten Happy Retirement sign on it a very nice touch!!!! The food exceeded expectations and service was impeccable. I highly recommend Michael's for a special occasion and of course any other time as well. The menu is amazing. Our service was excellent on a day that was very busy and when it seemed they were short staffed. The woman who served us was very good with being attentive to us as well as her other tables. She was very friendly and courteous and kept us informed about when our meal would be ready.

I ordered the crab dip and the dip didn't have a taste to it..it was moreso plain and rubbery. I was surprised as my husband and I used to be regulars at Michael's because of its menu selection and food item.. I was definitely surprised in a not so good way.

It was great. Food was good. We were in the middle of the room and it was a little loud for a business meeting where we were, but it was packed from all the graduations so that was more our fault for picking that week to setup the lunch meeting.

I love Michael every business trip we go on a Saturday for dinner! But we noticed the food is not the same the prices went up! We still like the place but the soft shells crab were so so not like before! Réservez une table maintenant

We had a toddler with us and were well seated in an area where he wouldn't disturb anyone. Our server, Megan was excellent. Food was good. We went at 4 pm so the restaurant wasn't crowded.

My crabcake was very small and came out cold. The French fries were cold and soggy. A lot of money for a poor meal. Other restaurants in the area are a better value and better food
