We had a great evening with Michael, we chose the great menu, because the ideas and philosophy of the cook are best expressed. Since it was the good Friday, there were only dishes of fish and seafood. This could have gone wrong by making individual passages too much equality and thus boredom creepy. Nothing happened here. It was exceptionally amazing in which variety the individual courses came to the table. For example, a dish came to the oysters and mussels, as the basis had on the plate in the form of ice. Each individual dish was refined and tastefully composed great. The sauces and additions to the respective band were also extremely refined and surprisingly composed. A very thoughtful...
