What a pleasant unexpected surprise! Popped into Michael 's on Main for 'Grateful Sunday. ' What a wonderful spot. Beautiful porch surrounded by forest, lovely deck with lots of tables and room to dance. Decided to grab a bite, and was blown away by the quality of the food. Was planning on splitting a salad, but had accidentally stumbled into Soquel foodee heaven... Took the advice of our super friendly food server, and tried the lobster bisque (fabulous), and sea bass daily special (w/beurre blanc sauce, served on a bed of black rice). A big wow. I 'm not the best at describing dishes but the sea bass was cooked to perfection, and out of this world. Light and lovely, with just the right firmness. Every bite a piece of heaven. Service, staff, quality of food, presentation five stars all the way. Can 't wait to return!

Candy was our server and she was very attentive. We sat on the back deck. The temp was cool so the propane heater that she put on next to our table was much appreciated. My avocado toast with poached egg was delicious. My husband enjoyed his 2 egg Traditional Breakfast, as well. Although there is no indoor dining, there are 2 outdoor seating areas to choose from. Live music is available Thursday through Sunday. Note: Parking lot is not very big, so I do not recommend RV parking unless your total vehicle length is less that 20'.

Nice place! Nice waiting staff. Great management. It liked everything. There was a bartender who was just an idiot. He refused to make eye contact with any moss, while he cleansed his area for 15 minutes. It was just Saf. They had a private party outside, with their own bar there, but this dude (bartender) was catering for them over the regular patrons who were there for live music. He was super nice to me, but what about all the other straight putz. Otherwise the place is beautiful

Amazing outdoor seats with a view of a pretty little brook. Nice staff and delicious food with super juicy local wine and beer. Live music, often a wonderful place

Very friendly waiters. Great views of wildlife and brook. The food came fast and was hot. Total great experience
