Das Essen war sehr lecker, und das Ambiente wunderschön. Es handelt sich um ein gehobenes, abgelegenes Restaurant. Was ich jedoch kritisieren MUSS, ist, dass jegliche Umbestellung oder Reduktion eines Gerichts mit einem Aufpreis belegt wird. Weniger auf dem Teller am Ende mehr bezahlen. Was meine Frau und ich uns für unseren nächsten Besuch im Restaurant Hammerschmiede wünschen, ist, dass die Chefin freundlicher zu ihren Gästen ist. Wir und zwei Nachbartische waren überrascht von der unfreundlichen Art der Chefin an diesem Tag. Alles in allem jedoch ein gehobenes Restaurant.
a restaurant in very quiet pleasant location.Ordered were the forelle müllerin with salt potatoes and the wild boar with bone. the brownie with ice and fruit as dessert.The trout was a real delight, very well seasoned and with butter sauce and the lemon a brilliant taste. the wild boar was very delicate and tastefully not to surpass, as you notice the passion of the cook. the services were flashy, polite, and the heart always had a humorous word on camp. the brownies with sawn, fruits and ice were a successful conclusion.This makes lust for more and we will come back.
Vielen Dank für die Bewirtung zum 90er meines Vaters ! Schon in der Planung wurden wir sehr gut beraten!! Das Fest war bei bestem Wetter und wir konnten den Nachtisch spontan im Baumschatten am Wasserrad der Schmiede genießen. Auch von meinem Vater auf diesem Wege nochmals Danke !! great gas house in the middle of the black forest on a water mill still in operation.Feine dishes from wild over flammkuchen and trout. qualitatiw high quality raw materials with much love processed.We haven't eaten so well for a long time. the service is flashing and friendly.Gern again when we are close.

very tasty dishes and beautiful, cozy guestroom.The location is a dream and a good starting point for a walk, e.g. on the rock path. Some days you can also visit the historic hammersmith and the water wheel turns.Can hardly wait to sit on the new terrace directly on the bleichbach.

very good food (especially the recommended day) , very nice service and nice pub in a beautiful pale. ideal for a walk with a final culinary end. we'll be back in any case!
