Middendorf's Slidell

Overall, our experience was very positive. The thick fried catfish was absolutely delicious. I also tried the shrimp and crab soup, which had plenty of shrimp and a small piece of crab leg. While the soup had an abundance of condiments, it could have used a bit more flavor. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a lovely view from the numerous windows. We had a great meal and look forward to returning.

Very nice, spacious, clean restaurant. Great for groups big and small. Staff is very courteous and efficient.Everyone raved about their seafood dishes but wish there were more options for the non seafood eaters in our party.Wheelchair accessibility: Layout provides exceptional space for handicap maneuvering and ladies accessible restroom was very roomy. Very well done!

Overall, we had an okay experience here. The inside definitely doesn 't match the outside from an aesthetic aspect. We expected more upscale, and the interior exudes a more touristy vibe. The food was good, the service was better, and I wouldn 't be opposed to eating here again if I was invited by friends/family.

The service was decent, and the food was great. We had a special dinner at Middendorf's in Slidell, LA, where they offer private dining experiences with exquisite wine and food pairings. We have been to the other men endorphs and really like it. It's our first time at this particular restaurant. The food is just as good and the atmosphere is nice. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

The food was phenomenal. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a laid-back atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Was fried with corn meal, so it was gluten friendly, and they had non dairy options as well.
