I called Midland Bagel to report the mix-up and request the sandwich I actually ordered. Unfortunately, the rude staff member I’ve heard complaints about answered the phone. I’ve never had issues with the guys who work there, but today was different. She told me there was nothing they could do except offer me a refund, which wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday, or I could come in to pick up the sandwich. What? I just paid for delivery; now I have to go there myself? I was livid. When I arrived, she greeted me with a smug look and handed me a bag. "Here’s your sandwich," she said. No way—you're going to make me a new one right here so I can enjoy a hot meal. This girl is the worst. I’ve even avoid...
UPDATED CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE THE WEBSITE TO INCLUDE ADDING THE SPECIAL REQUEST ITEMS SUCH AS SCRAMBLE THE EGG OR TOASTED BAGEL SADLY AFTER THE UPDATE THE SPECIAL REQUEST TAB IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THANK YOU Midland bagel is very consistent. Don't go here often but The product they put out is very consistent and other prices are very fair. Look at the cost increases everywhere However they have managed to keep their prices within check still give you a very good product. The bagels are very good any of their breakfast sandwiches are great and the breakfast burritos hit on a whole other level. they have not sacrificed quality of ingredients and they have not cut back on any of their portions...
So listen I wana start by saying honestly their food is good but recently the customer service has been so bad. This one Hispanic girl who works there is so rude and always has an attitude and also not to mention they never pick up the phone. I called so many times and no one would pick up so I was forced to go order in person. Even then I was there the phone would constantly ring and they don’t answer. Top notch bagels here. I grew up on long island eating bagels all the time. Soft inside and crispy outside with ample cream cheese. Perfect! Iced coffee was good too. A solid spot for bagels, breakfast sandwiches, or anything else you might want to feed your belly in the morning. The only gripe I have is on the parking.
