Midland Park Bagels And Deli

Been here 4 times now. Food is okay but there seems to be some disorganization and resentment between employees. Would be 4 stars if not.Seems they take their frustration out on each other.One occasion:Ordered my food and when it came to pay they said to wait for the other guy who took my order.2nd occasion:Ordered my food and when it came to pay. They didn't know who’s food was what and began arguing amongst themselves.Eventually they figured it out but gentleman threw sandwich in bag and hit me with it. Seemed took his frustration on customer. I was shocked, no apology but kept it moving.

I can't start explaining how disgusting I am with this place. my coffee was crushed so I called and asked her to deliver my new coffee, as it was wrong. the manager came to my job and started screaming and told me I had a problem because my coffee order is always wrong. he insulted me from the general manager and other management staff. he ran and ran over as his head is in Greece and is not responsible and he is the one who ties everything. he blamed me for his personal mistakes, wow, what a manager. I'd never let that guy work for me.

I've always loved the bagels her but now i love them even more!! Love midland park bagels even when messed up delivery on our order yesterday, they delivered us fresh ones today with extra treats that were still hot!!! My kids has the biggest smiles on their faces while eating warm crumb cake! They wouldn't take anything for them, not even a tip. Love supporting great local businesses during this time and will continue to in the future!

I've been here since the opening. so much better than the other local bagel places. friendly service that I never had a problem with in years. so impressed by them and how delicious. not to mention how fast they are. I love calling and paying in my order and picking up. they know me and my coffee job, I don't need to remember it. highly recommended.

a plain bagel with butter and gel roasted. Instead, I got a simple roll, not roasted with butter and gelled on it. could not even spread what I wanted on the bagel. now I'm setting up something that I paid for because of lack of love for detail in my order.

Called during the covid crisis and the person who answered was so rude. They may be busy now but when things return to normal and they need business again, I certainly won't be a customer. This is a time of helping people- get your act together.

Finally a bagel shop with nice, fat bagels ! I'm from LI, and every bagel that I've tried in Jersey has been flat these definitely aren't. My husband loves the sandwiches. However, French fries taste a bit off, please fix that lol

This is by far the best bagel place in the area! I am a regular and usually call my orders in ahead of time, and that works great! Their specialty cream cheeses are very good, and their California club wrap is great as well!

With so many bagels places these are so so. Also they are open and have customers going inside the store and not following the 6' rule. High risk
