Really nice place. Small and quiet. The employees were really nice and attentive, a little too attentive at times. The food was pretty good. I got Chicken Katsu with Fried Rice and Wanton Soup. My wife got a Kani salad, a Shrimp Tempora Roll and a Chicken Tempora Roll. The Chicken Katsu was fresh, hot, and crispy (large portion). The wanton Soup needed soy sauce but it was still very good, same for the rice. My said the Sushi was very good too, very fresh. Portion sizes were very generous for sushi as well. I recommend.
Mikado is my favorite restaurant in Lynbrook and the surrounding area. I have been a repeat customer for years and the quality has only gone up. They make the best Japanese cuisine I’ve ever tasted. If I could eat there every night, I would.The staff is so friendly and the ambiance is cozy. The homemade soups, fresh tuna, specialty rolls, all outstanding. Recommend it for a quick bite, takeout, and even medium sized parties. Food: 5

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was just right. I highly recommend trying the Roll and Rock Shrimp Tempura – they were absolutely delicious!

This is the best sushi in town! Always fresh and delicious. The hibachi is also excellent. The prices are fantastic, and you even get a 10% discount when you order online.
