The food has always been good, but during our last visit, the service was not up to par. It took quite a while for anyone to notice that we wanted to dine in since there was no one at the front desk. We finished our appetizers and received our entrees before even getting our sake. They did offer us water, which was nice, but I had to remind them that I still hadn't gotten my tea. We had to flag them down to get our check. It would be understandable if the restaurant was packed, but there were only two families there. The staff seemed more focused on socializing than attending to customers. I've never had issues with this place before COVID, so I'm not sure what has changed.
This has been my favorite sushi place for about two years and I've been there dozens of times. Good people, nice atmosphere and they give a free Spicy Tuna roll almost every time we are there; however, we have had 2 consecutive bad experiences. Last month there were parasitic worms in my white tuna, and yesterday my dad got really bad food poisoning after having the Tuna Tataki. We will not be going back. I don't know if they changed fish vendors but recently the food has not been great.
Disappointed we didn’t know the beef bento was coming with shrimp tempura as well, due to seafood allergies we asked if it could be replaced with chicken tempura or pork or whatever but seafood. They took the tempura off and the veggie that touched it, end up we were told that they can’t make an other king of tempura we were supposed to let them know about the allergy.Giving 2 stars, for the young server who tried his best with the kitchen for a moment
Korean cuisine is quite enjoyable. In the past, I've had the spicy chicken over rice and the bibimbap, both of which were surprisingly well-prepared. The service was a bit slow, as it seemed only the owner and one other waiter were on duty. I can't really blame them for being short-staffed, especially during this time, so it's important to be patient with small business owners. I took off one star, though, due to the high prices of the menu items.

The food was not bad but the sushi rolls were not made properly. They kept falling apart. The customer service went down for sure. The guy who makes the sushi was having a loud full blown conversation with the wait staff across the dining room floor. The wait staff were not attentive and kept having loud conversations and laughing with each other.
Not impressed. Ordered hibachi noodles and got wet noodles with chicken that taste like chewy bubble gum. Complained right away and was told “this is how we always make them”. Sushi was okay at best. Go someplace better for the amount of money you’ll spend here. Even the lunch special is not special.
Very Nice atmosphere...the food was delish! The staff was friendly and nice. The food comes out super fast! The music was modern...my 6 year old loved trying sushi for the first time! We had the pan fried shrimp udon! And I will be back for more! Super yummy!!!
The food and staff are exceptional. They surprised my daughter with a complimentary dessert for her birthday. Thank you, Mikawa team! The food is delicious—I especially love the spicy chicken, and the portion sizes are definitely worth the price.

The best! The owners/workers are so nice and so attentive. They take every precaution in making sure I do not get sick as I am celiac and can only eat gluten free. Their sushi is nice and fresh !! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
The waiter who attended to us was outstanding and highly accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious.
