Milano's may come as a surprise. The location, exterior, and interior are quite simple and not particularly impressive. However, the flavors and service are definitely exceptional. Ben, our server, was truly charming, and the food matched his appeal. The menu offers a delightful array of rich, sweet, spicy, hearty, and consistently satisfying flavors. While this restaurant might not rank among Arkansas's absolute must-visit spots—it's a small and highly debated list—it is certainly a place you must try. You might hesitate to make the drive and approach with skepticism, but once you arrive, meet the friendly staff, and taste the wonderful food, you'll realize you made a great choice.
I absolutely loved it! We usually get delivery, but we quickly realized that dining in was a much better experience. I'm not a huge fan of the breads or the Italian wedding soup, but we tried the shrimp scampi and the spinach tortellini. I have to say, the spinach tortellini was DIVINE! The creamy sauce was just heavenly. For dessert, we indulged in a delicious tiramisu. The service was friendly and welcoming, making it a very comfortable place to enjoy a meal.
Don?t let the outside fool you. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff is friendly. We had a group of 16 for lunch ranging from 6 years to 50 and everyone left satisfied and happy. The Italian margarita is the best! Get the limoncello cake! Super moist, not too sweet, and perfect lemon taste. Oh, the pesto? you must try it. We will be back to try the rest of the menu! I didn?t get photos of food; it was so good we just dug in.
Prompt customer service! We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, and our drinks and appetizer arrived at the table quickly. The main course was served after we had a chance to chat a bit. The dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous! I will definitely be a regular at this establishment!

Today, was only my second time at Milano's and I have to say they do not disappoint! Forget Olive Garden you guys! This is your place, I promise. Authentic and fresh with service on point! Gwen (our server) was the best and welcomed us instantly! I highly recommend this hole in the wall!
Prompt customer service... greeted right away upon entering restaurant ,,, drinks appetizer quickly came out to the table ! Main course brought out after a chance to socialize a bit ... delicious dishes, generous portions ! Will definitely frequent this establishment !
Definitely a Jewel!! Was the first one there 37 mins after they opened. Small, quaint quite. The table service was great. Food was soooo fresh and made from scratch inhouse. Must dine here again for authentic Italian!
We loved this place. The food is homemade and delicious. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They give you sizeable portions for not so much money. Less than 15 an entree. Would definitely recommend.

The lobster ravioli here is the best I've ever tasted! The pasta is homemade, and the portions are generous. The fresh bread is delicious too! I can't wait to return!
It was nice. The kid's meal aren't that flavorful. I'd like to go back and try the calamari and the Chicken Parmigiano.
