Iedited to add: I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GET AN APOLOGY from ANY staff member...not one. Doubling down is not a good look. So excited to visit today as it was my first day off in months. I ordered an omelette and explicitly said I couldn't have the coleslaw as mayonnaise makes me ill. It arrived with coleslaw. When I said I couldn't eat it, they offered to take the coleslaw off the plate, leaving me with an omelette that had sat against the coleslaw. I pointed out this was not something I could eat, so was told it would be a long wait before they could make another. 30 minutes. The place was packed when we arrived and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock. I can see why great value great food great service. I took my mother there for her birthday treat. Nothing was too much trouble and even the slightly unusual off menu requests were catered for excellently. You should’ve seen the size of those jacket potatoes. I genuinely thought they were coconuts massive I’m too posh for jacket potato, so I had some mashed up avocado Eggs and stuff it was amazing. Just had pancakes and coffee today and it was delicious! So lovely and kind as I have allergies and was carefully catered for. Loved it and highly recommend! We’ll be back. Thank you!
