Milestone Grill - Réservation de table

We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience here. The atmosphere and decor is really nice! However, we had a reservation for 2 at 8:15pm. It was only 8:35pm when our table was ready. They were out of both the drinks we wanted (which is fine) but we only found out about this 15 minutes after we ordered them. Our drinks came at 9:15 (40 minutes after we sat down). Our cauliflower appetizer came right after, which was actually quite good! at 9:30 our steaks came. My steak was good but my friends steak was raw. I finished my whole meal and our waiter still hadn’t done a quality check. Another waiter noticed my friend with her untouched plate and asked if everything was okay. It took 25 minutes...

It took nearly 20 minutes for our food to arrive—two medium-rare burgers. Unfortunately, the server forgot to bring the ranch dressing we requested. By the time she finally delivered it, I had already finished my burger, leaving my fries lukewarm and far from appealing. The quickest service we experienced was when we asked for the check. I understand that staff motivation can be tied to tips, but with only 5 or 6 tables occupied and two servers working, there’s really no excuse for the long wait. While the burgers were tasty, I've had better for a lower price. Additionally, I find it a bit outrageous that they charge an extra $3 for fries.

I had to walk out. They didn't have the ingredients for the cocktail I ordered, and there was no beer on tap. I ordered a bottle of beer, which was never served, while two bartenders and two other employees at Milestone were chatting loudly amongst themselves. When I inquired about the beer, one of the bartenders responded with, "I don't have a slip for that," when they should have simply said, "I'm sorry, the beer will be there shortly." The only person trying to take care of us properly was our waitress. The building was cold, as the furnace had not been turned on. This was my first and last visit.

If I could give it 0 stars i would. I placed a carry out order online and my husband went to go pick it up. After he gets back home we bust open the bag and realize they forgot my onion rings. I called up there and told them they forgot and the waitress didn’t even apologize.. she just asked if we were gonna come get them.. When he gets back home from going back up here, we open the bag and my onions rings are cold, soggy, and not even in a container. They put my onions rings in a bag without a styrofoam container This place is disgusting and everything tastes microwaved. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered steak bites and spinach dip for takeout. Despite the crowd, the wait time was reasonable—around 20 minutes—and the customer service was great! The food was decent, rating about a 3 out of 5. The steak bites could have used a bit more seasoning, while the vegetables were perfectly seasoned; if the steak had been seasoned similarly, it would have been amazing. The dip was also just okay. I would definitely give them another try. Next time, I think I'll order a medium steak instead of medium well to avoid it being too dry.

So it 's interesting how amazing the customer service was and the cashier was very helpful as well. Then the unthinkable happened THEY forgot my onion rings lol I was going to leave a bad review bout it to be honest, but the Cornbeef was EXCELLENT they had my onion rings ready in a few seconds after they were informed they forgot to add them. Sooooo it 's safe to say I recommend this spot for some delicious dining! 'JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOU BAG ' Before you leave

The food was delicious, and our server, Patricia, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The prices were slightly higher than similar places in the area, especially since the food, while very good, wasn't anything extraordinary. I also wasn't a fan of the fact that they only offer one size of soup (Large - $4.49) with your meal. Overall, it was a decent dining experience.

I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5. I highly recommend trying the Milestone Fries, Grilled Chicken Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup, French Onion Soup, Wings, Grilled Chicken, Flaming Cheese, Chicken Quesadillas, Burgers, Lemon Rice Soup, Fish and Chips, and the Salads. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all. The French onion soup was spectacular, and the dinner was fresh and tasty. The appetizers were quite satisfying as well. The staff was friendly, prompt, and attentive.
