Milestones Grill + Bar - Toronto - Scarborough

Milestones continues is downward slide. The steak was tough and the vegetables were cold. Service was slow, we waited about an hour to be served our mains (table of four). Restaurant was noisy. Worst of all is that when the bill was presented an 18% tip was included! Of course the tip was based on the after tax amount. All completely unacceptable. I advised the server that the bill was already on the bill and she said it shouldn't be. I can't comment on whether or not she was aware. I reduced the tip. I've had enough Milestones, the tip was the last straw.

Went there for an anniversary dinner. Food was good… till it wasn't. Service was good… till it wasn't. I mean everything started out great but even though the place was basically empty the servers didn’t come by to check if we wanted/needed anything else and the order of food that we had ordered after it came basically cold. The fries were old and the burger cooled off by the time it came to the table. There were more waiters then customers so I don’t know how the service would be so sad. Overall I would go there again but was disappointed this time.

Food was great but service was very slow especially for a friday lunch. It took us continuous monitoring to flag down a server to make orders and to get the bill which lead to an over 2 hr lunch instead of an expected 1 to 1.5 hrs. Food and drinks were very good and great value and portion size.

Came here for brunch with a dear friend and the food was amazing. The environment was calm and quiet our server was lovely as well. I will definitely come back again, thank you for the wonderful food and service. Réservez une table maintenant

Unfortunately drove half an hour to be told by host that restaurant was closing early. We had a reservation but wasn’t notified beforehand. So we weren’t seated and couldn’t order anything.

Overall great ambiance and tasty food, however they took too long before our dinner was brought to us and the waiter completely forgot our drinks until I asked.

The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly. We were a small corporate group and given a perfect spot in the restaurant. I highly reccommend.

Food was outstanding and service terrific. They had a Fall Menu which was very yummy and will return to try another item before the end of October Réservez une table maintenant
