Finally tried this place for the first time today and I was not impressed. I got the gobbler which looked to be a fairly substantial sandwich but unfortunately the bread was so soggy and sticky it ruined the whole experience. I opened the sandwich within 10 mins of picking it up and I ordered it fresh in store so it 's not like I left it sitting to get soggy. Each slice was literally falling apart when I held it and every bite soggy bread stuck to your teeth. Boo. A shame, however at $14 for a sandwich I won 't be giving it another try.
I will say that their chicken cutlet sub with bacon and cheese was very fresh, tasty and not lacking anything. Good pickle on the side too. BUT That being said, to charge about $10 for an Italian sub that only has 1 or MAYBE 2 slices of ham and same with salami, how can this be described as fair? I?m a little disappointed with the cold sandwich meat portions. They should at least be thicker than a normal persons pinky finger. I guess I?ll just have to make a mental note to stay away from their cold sandwiches.
I don?t get what all the fuss is about. This is their TWO meat sloppy Joe. Can you see the tiny amount peaking under the mountain of coleslaw? So soggy with nothing but sopping coleslaw on two layers that it fell apart. The other Italian sub had only two of the 3 meats?! Seriously not worth the money, the long wait or the hype. Would rather have driven to the city for a Carnegie Deli or Katz sandwich where you really get your worth!
Hello, I travel 20 minutes to Millburn just to enjoy your salads, but tonight's experience was not the best. I ordered grilled chicken but it looked like sliced deli meat was added instead. Additionally, I requested extra dressing but there was none in the bag when I got home. The salads are quite pricey and I am a regular customer. I'm not sure if others have had a similar experience, but there seems to be a lack of consistency.

I heard a lot about this place! Good things and tried it for the first time today. I ate a Leather Sandwich- oh I mean- a chicken sandwich and it was not good! I honestly felt a bit disgusted after, the chicken was raw in places. It was a pressed sandwich and yet chicken inside was cold- undercooked and very tasteless. I felt disappointed and a bit disgusted with what I ate. Sorry this is not for me.
This is the cutest town with so many food options, a rose ???? park and lake to hangout with the family of all ages. We Love the staff, the sloppy joes, Claremont salad, and much more and don't forget Millburn tea sweet or unsweetened. This was always Our place to go and grab food when returning or heading to playdates in Millburn NJ!
An exceptional deli. Great sandwich bread, quality ingredients, and efficient service. I got the Perfect Ten and corned beef and pastrami sloppy Joe. Both really tasty sandwiches. I traveled 30 miles to get here and was not disappointed. I will probably come back to grab lunch when I visit South Mountain.
Absolutely delicious sandwich! I was passing by and remember Nj?s famous sloppy Joe?s.. one to get, not to forget.. I would come back again for sure!!

They have delicious food. We order from our office all the time. It never disappoints!
