Visited on a busy Saturday night, family of 6. All started off well, we were seated quickly, drinks order and starters order taken quickly. But it all went downhill after the starters. We waited 45 minutes for the main courses which was just too long. In this time we were not attended to once, we wanted more drinks but had to attract the attention of a server that was not our own to get them. After the main course we wanted more drinks and at least 3 of the party wanted deserts, but again noone came. I had dinner at Miller and Carter for the first time earlier tonight, and it was amazing. The service was exceptional. Our server, Maggie, was outstanding. My partner and I are wine enthusiasts, so she did a wonderful job helping us select the perfect pairing for our meal. She also provided us with a wealth of information about the various steak cuts, how they should be cooked, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. The staff's high level of training was evident. The food was delicious, especially the calamari. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to others.
Excellent food, service and menu choices. Visited for a family lunchtime, steaks were fantastic and well worth the money. 6 adults, with x1 bottle of wine, 2 cocktails, soft drinks, sides, deserts and coffee for £240.00. One meal was slightly delayed but our waiter Stephen was polite, kept us updated and swift to offer a complimentary drink while we waited. We rate the stakes as some of the best steaks we've eaten. Everything was so professional and we will definitely be visiting again. Well done all.
2 x fillet steaks cooked to perfection and lovely sides too. Service was faultless, efficient, helpful and friendly. The only let down was the pudding. £8.95 for a small, dry brownie that is mass produced offsite and microwaved to serve, is way too expensive and let’s the brand down. Would have been a 5* review if not for the pudding.

Service was ok considering it was a Saturday night and very busy previous visit was perfect but this time the steak weren’t great too fatty and tough the starters were not good calamari was like bites not crispy soggy not nice and scallops poor very off putting don’t think we will go back for a while
Partner and I went for a dinner together and it was lovely! Atmosphere was amazing and the staff are all so friendly and chatty. Food was amazing and so worth it for a visit!! Olivia served us and she was amazing and lovely and attentive! What a sweetheart!
We had a fantastic dinner with my family at this restaurant. Maggie, our steak expert, was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was exceptionally polite. We would definitely want to visit again.
