I agree with the other review and it was summed up perfectly if I ate at the same place all the positive reviewers dined at. I'm a server myself and a very generous 35-40% tipper when the food and service is good. I paid my bill and didn't reach out to management when I was there cause I couldn't imagine how they could remedy things. I just cut my losses. The food just wasn't good. The sweet potato fries were undercooked. The fish tacos were overcooked. I had to pull apart the taco to make sure it wasn't burnt chicken. One flour tortilla was burnt. We attempted to eat 2 and just left the other one uneaten. Funny the server asked us if we wanted to pack it like we forgot to. We took a chance...
So this time it's Miller's Ale House turn my fellow yelpers. We eat at Miller's and i might say it is a very nice place. It had a sports bar feel, and we were seated promptly. Our server was Amanda and she was very personable and serve us promptly. When she brought out our food it had a glow and the angels started singing. I mean when i took a bite of my burger i almost sheded a tear it was so good. My only complaint was i the age of smart phones and advance technology they should have handheld credit card reader to swipe your card instead of the servers walking to the back of the restaurant and going to another table to take ordrs and take finished dishes back to the kitchen before they com...
The food was fantastic, and the portions of fish and chips were huge. The mozzarella cheese sticks were possibly the best I've ever tasted! However, the downside was having to endure two intoxicated individuals at the next table during a late afternoon visit with my family. Their conversations were so lacking in substance that they felt compelled to use the f-word in nearly every sentence. It's a shame that this wasn't addressed by the management or staff; they really need to be more aware of the dining experience for all their guests.
The to- go service is great! We have never had a problem with our food. However, when we eat in, the service is very poor. We have had them not clear the appetizer dishes from the table, leaving barely any room for the entrees, it took 30 minutes to get our son's ice cream, and were not offered refills on the drinks. Manager's seem to walk around a lot but don't stop by the tables to check like other restaurants. Still we are loyal to their take out! Réservez une table maintenant
I placed a DoorDash order, and my husband's dinner was completely wrong. It didn’t match what we ordered at all, and he said it tasted horrible, so he ended up throwing it away. My meal was also disappointing; I could only eat a small portion of it, and now I’m sipping ginger ale to soothe my stomach after eating it. This is unacceptable, especially with the prices we're paying these days. We won’t be coming back.
