First off, the food here is amazing!! We came here on a Cubs game night and a little short on time. Getting seated took a couple of minutes as there was not a host at the front. I started to get a little worried about the rest of the service due to this. However, once we were seated, everything moved very quickly. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting items from the menu. We went with the half rack of rib due to the people that were sitting next to us having it when we sat down and causing us to droll from the get go. This is an amazingly large two bone rack. There are a few reasons Milt’s is fantastic. The service is curtious and prompt. Your meal hits the table incredibly fast and all at the right temperature. The selection of menu items is immense for the BBQ fan, and non BBQ fan as well. The ore portions are spot on, just a little more than required, but not over the top. The level of quality in the food is second to none, and when you bring price into the equation, the value is unprecedented.
First, we are goyim. Lutheran, of the Missouri persuasion, to finely define it. It doesn't matter. Bryan as executive chef and Stephen as GM run a wonderful house. We had brisket, ribs, and saetin, with slaw, beans, and hummus to accompany. Great BBQ in a casual atmosphere. Don't miss this!
Unfriendly waiter who didn’t give us a chance to look over the menu properly. Waited until all the food was served to tell us that they didn’t have one of the dishes we’d ordered and forgot to bring another order of potato skins. Burger was very disappointing and small.
